Identify the cause. Correct the pattern. Restore how your body is meant to function.
Most people don’t need another massage. They need a structured treatment plan.
If you’ve been dealing with recurring neck tension, lower back pain, postural strain, post-surgical swelling, or restricted mobility — the issue isn’t effort. It’s lack of structure.
Temporary relief without a corrective plan only resets the cycle.
At Tone Therapy, we approach manual therapy clinically — with evaluation, progression, and measurable improvement.
We specialize in chronic pain relief, post-surgical recovery, and lymphedema support, especially for women recovering after breast cancer. Our services include Lymphatic Drainage Massage, TMJD Relief, Corporate Chair Massage, and YoMassage®, which combines mindful breathing with restorative touch.
Tone Therapy is where passion, skill and dedication help to relieve the impact of chronic muscle pain and stress to improve, empower and transform your life.
At Tone Therapy, we support transformation. This isn’t just massage — it’s a healing journey to your well-being.

Your wellness journey begins with intention, clarity, and discernment. Schedule an 80-minute consultation and comprehensive assessment with Tanasha to thoughtfully evaluate your symptoms, concerns, stress patterns, and areas of physical tension.
During this session, approximately 30–50 minutes are dedicated to detailed assessment and discussion to determine the most appropriate course of care tailored to your needs. The remaining time includes a focused massage treatment to palpate areas of dysfunction and better understand how your body is responding.
This session allows us to seek clarity before strategy—ensuring that your care plan is intentional, not guesswork. If it becomes evident that massage may not be the most appropriate next step, alternative wellness options will be thoughtfully discussed.
This consultation is required prior to enrollment in any program or package.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a slow rhythmic specialized technique designed to assist your body in draining excess lymphatic fluid that can accumulate in various areas. This type of massage, also recognized as an Oncology massage, strategically targets areas without swelling to enhance the flow of lymph away from affected regions. MLD helps detox the lymphatic system.
Packages are available to meet your needs.
Here are a few common responses you might experience shortly after a lymph drainage session:

Experts estimate that upwards of ninety percent of disease is stress-related. And perhaps nothing ages us faster, internally and externally, than high stress. Massage is an effective tool for managing this stress, which translates into:
Decreased anxiety.
Enhanced sleep quality.
Greater energy.
Improved concentration.
Increased circulation.
Reduced fatigue.
Massage can also help specifically address a number of health issues. Bodywork can:
Alleviate low-back pain and improve range of motion.
Assist with shorter, easier labor for expectant mothers and shorten maternity hospital stays.
Ease medication dependence.
Enhance immunity by stimulating lymph flow—the body's natural defense system.
Exercise and stretch weak, tight, or atrophied muscles.
Help athletes of any level prepare for, and recover from, strenuous workouts.
Improve the condition of the body's largest organ—the skin.
Increase joint flexibility.
Lessen depression and anxiety.
Promote tissue regeneration, reducing scar tissue and stretch marks.
Pump oxygen and nutrients into tissues and vital organs, improving circulation.
Reduce post-surgery adhesions and swelling.
Reduce spasms and cramping.
Relax and soften injured, tired, and overused muscles.
Release endorphins—amino acids that work as the body's natural painkiller.
Relieve migraine pain

Depending on the condition, approval from your doctor may be required.

If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charge in the amount of $100.00* for your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. (Tone Wellness Program/Membership is subject to cost of massage at the time of late cancelation or No-Show)*

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
